U Hmin Gu is a temple cave in the Pindaya area, and one of Myanmar's most important caves from an archaeological and religious aspect.
Located west of the main road from Aungban to Pindaya, near the village of U Hmin. This is north of Kalaw, in Southern Shan State.
A long roofed staircase leads to a temple at the cave entrance. There are 2 entrances leading into a chamber packed with Buddhist images. Beyond the entrance chamber an electrically lit path winds through several large halls.
There are some 300 statues, which date to 14-16th centuries.
Tedeschi 2005 gives a length of 625 m and gives a good description of the cave.
