Padamya Cave

Padamya or Ruby Cave is in the same hill as Kaw Ka Taung Cave.

From Kaw Ka Taung drive a few hundred metres past the stone monks to the steps leading up to Padamya Cave. In 2009 we were told this cave was ‘found’ 7 years ago. It is now in the process of being developed. Steps lead up to the entrance, then a passage leads to a very dusty large chamber with a huge Buddha. The passage passes a natural well and ends. There is lots of chert on the walls. Cave runs in a straight line for 117m.
